
Orders take approximately 2 days to ship once received. For orders equal to or over $199 we offer free UPS Standard Ground Shipping (5 – 7 business days in transit). For orders under $199 we charge a flat rate of $7 for UPS Standard Ground Shipping.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical delivery address.
In case you are not satisfied with your air purifier, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions:

We will process your request in a timely manner and get back to you, requesting a copy of your sales receipt and your reason for returning the unit. After that, we will provide you with a return confirmation message, containing the return shipping address and return authorization number (RMA#).
If we receive unauthorized returned merchandise a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
Orders refused by the recipient are considered unauthorized returns and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refused by the recipient orders are considered unauthorized returns and therefore subject of the same fee and administrative charge.
Currently we ship only to the continental United States.
