Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping:

Orders take approximately 2 days to ship once received. For orders equal to or over $199 we offer free UPS Standard Ground Shipping (5 – 7 business days in transit). For orders under $199 we charge a flat rate of $7 for UPS Standard Ground Shipping.

Please contact us for expedited shipping.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical delivery address.

100% Satisfaction Return Guaranty (not valid for iqair and amaircare air purifiers):

In case you are not satisfied with your air purifier, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions:

All products must be returned in the original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid (except for defective products). We suggest that you insure the merchandise for the purchase amount.

Return procedure:

Please contact our Customer Care Department.

We will process your request in a timely manner and get back to you, requesting a copy of your sales receipt and your reason for returning the unit. After that, we will provide you with a return confirmation message, containing the return shipping address and return authorization number (RMA#).

If we receive unauthorized returned merchandise a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.

Orders refused by the recipient are considered unauthorized returns and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refused by the recipient orders are considered unauthorized returns and therefore subject of the same fee and administrative charge.

Shipping destinations:

Currently we ship only to the continental United States.

Sales tax:

Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped within California.

Return of defective merchandise:

If a shipment arrives damaged:

please note damage on the delivery bill and have the driver sign it, acknowledging the damage
please report the damage within 3 days of receipt to our Customer Care Department.
Your damaged or defective item will be replaced upon receipt, at no cost to you, immediately.
